Empowrd

Ten hours a week back by day 60. Measured, not promised.

We count your hours in week one, and again on day sixty. If they haven't come down, we keep building free until they do.

For fractional HR practices doing $200k to $400k.

Twenty minutes. We'll tell you what it costs, and whether it's too early for you.

You have probably said one of these out loud

Three different consultancies, on recorded calls. The number is how many hours a week that one thing takes them.

11.0 hrs

Because it's not a repeatable process, I do it differently every time. And that's not good.Practice owner, Chicago, on the HR audit

Here is why that happens, and what we do about it.

What happens, week by week

Week one

Baseline and mapping

The common mistake is installing tools before anyone measured where the hours go. Most owners assume it's the audits. It's almost always the proposals and the formatting. We log your hours per engagement first, and that number goes into the agreement.

Week two

The delivery build

The failure here is generic templates. A system built on someone else's questionnaire produces work you have to rewrite, which costs more than doing it yourself did. We build on your documents and your format. Built for you, not taught to you. We build four things: the documents you keep rewriting. Your proposals and comp work. Your follow-up with past clients. And one place holding everything you owe everyone.

Week three

Live install

Most implementations don't fail at the build. They fail at handover, when the person who has to use it has never seen it work. So we run it on a real client of yours, while you watch.

Week four, then day sixty

Handover and the remeasure

Delivery capacity with no pipeline just means you wait faster, so the network engine goes live too. Then we measure the same hours again against the week-one baseline.

Our promise

Ten hours a week back by day 60, or we keep building at no cost until you have them.

How it's measured

In week one we write down the hours you spend on the work you have done before. Handbooks, policies, comp projects, recruitment, job architecture, reviews, proposals, reporting. That number goes into your agreement. We measure the same set at day sixty.

What we need from you

Turn up to the four meetings. Send us the documents you already use. And use it on two live clients before day sixty.

Why hours and not revenue

Your revenue depends on your selling. Your hours depend on our building. We only guarantee the part we control.

What you would do otherwise

Hire someone. A junior delivery person costs about $48,000 a year and takes four months before they are useful. This takes thirty days and four meetings.

If it misses

We keep working at no further cost until the hours come down. No forms, no claim process, no arbitration clause.

Who this isn't for

  • Consultancies under $150,000 a year. There are not enough repeat hours in your week yet for this to be worth it.
  • Anyone who wants to learn to build it themselves. We don't run courses or training. We come in and build it.
  • In-house HR teams. This is for the person who owns the consultancy and still does the work.
  • Anyone who cannot make four meetings in thirty days. We build it on the way you already work, and we cannot see that without you.

What if I'm not ready?

Plenty of practices aren't. Book the call anyway. If you're too early we'll say so and tell you what to fix first. That takes twenty minutes and costs you nothing. We turn practices down every month, because installing into a business that isn't ready is a worse outcome for us than saying no.

Questions we get on every call

Is this a course or training?
No. There's no login, no modules and no homework. We build the systems inside your business and hand them over working. You get the systems, not the lessons.
Will my clients know AI touched their work?
Only if you tell them. It produces your documents, in your format and your language, and you review everything before it goes out. Your judgement is still the product. The typing isn't.
What if I'm not technical?
Most of our clients aren't. We build it, we run it on one of your clients while you watch, then we show you and whoever helps you how to use it. If it needs you to be technical, we've built it wrong.
How much of my time does this take?
Four meetings across the thirty days, and sending us the documents you already use. That is all.
Do you take a percentage of my revenue?
No. A fixed fee, agreed before we start. Your clients are yours and your revenue is yours.
What happens after thirty days?
The systems are yours and running. The monthly covers running them, improving them and adding to them. Three months rolling, no fixed term.

Four questions, then pick a time

Twenty minutes. We will tell you what it costs on the call, and we will tell you if you are too early for this. Four installs a month. Two left for September.

What's your practice turning over annually?

Hours a week you spend on work you've done before?

Where do your clients come from today?

What would you do with ten hours a week back?

Pick a time.

Calendar embed goes here. Twenty-minute slots, Tuesday to Thursday, 13:00 to 16:00 and 17:15 to 21:00 Dubai. The confirmation page must fire CallBooked.

We'd be the wrong call for you right now.

Under $150,000 the maths doesn't work yet. The hours we'd give back aren't worth enough to justify the fee, and we'd rather tell you that than take it.

Here's the one-page version of how to cost your own hours, so you can work out when it does make sense.

Not booking a call today?

Then take the number with you. One page. Put in your rate and your repeat hours. It tells you what they cost you a year. You can work out for yourself whether this is worth a conversation, and when.

One email, the calculator attached. No sequence you can't leave.
